hi, this is dr. hourglass, and welcome toanother video in our channel wonder breasts. today we are going to discuss changes in nipplesensation after breast augmentation. in this channel we discuss everything related to breast surgery. welcome back. changes in nipple sensation are not uncommon after breast augmentation. during this cosmetic surgery, an incisionis made in the breast, a pocket is dissected, and an implant is placed either above or belowthe muscle. one of the risks of breast augmentation is changes in the sensation of the nipple-areola complex. when an implant is placed, the nerves that provide sensation to the nipple are stretched

due to the increasing size of the breast itself. when a nerve is stretched, it gets irritated. this is why some patients describe more sensation in the nipple and areola and some lose sensation either partially or completely after the procedure. so, what can we do to minimize the risk ofloss of sensation in the nipple-areola complex? well, as i described in my previous videoson how to choose an implant, the main way to minimize this risk is choosing the rightimplant for your breast. the bigger the implant, the greater the chance of losing sensation. a bigger implant will stretch the nerves significantly more,

increasing the chances of sensory changes around this area. although there are different opinions about the incision used to insert the implant, some surgeons believe that if you do a periareolar approach for breast augmentation, meaning putting the implant through the areola, it may affect the nipple sensation because you are cutting close to the nipple and areolar complex. understanding the risks of breast augmentation and choosing the right breast implant for you will help you be a satisfied customer. in this video, we have discussed changes innipple sensation after breast augmentation. in the next video, we will discuss areolawidening after breast surgery.

so here's after one month of usingnaturaful. well actually, a little bit more than a month as life gets crazy and ifinished off my jar before being able to get a new one. so there's a bit of a gapand when i've been using it. here's the empty jar. as you can see,there's been a lot of progress made. recently i- so i started out as a 28 dcup with like, no cleavage and i recently bought a new bra that is a 28 double d and not long after having it, it was clear that i needed to go up a size. based on my most recent measurements, i should be wearing a 28 f bra which is crazy! and keep in mind the f sounds huge but it ison the twenty-eight band size so it's all relative but still, it's a hugeimprovement from where i was. so i'm really happy with the results so far andi'm really excited to keep using this product.
