hi, this is dr. hourglass, and welcome toanother video in our channel wonder breasts. today we are going to discuss inframammarybreast augmentation. in this channel we discuss everything relatedto breast surgery. welcome back. previously, we discussed periareolar breast augmentation. this week we are going to talk about inframammary breast augmentation. the inframammary location is at the lower part of the breast and is also called the mammary fold. when breast augmentation is performed, an incision can be placed at the fold for breast implant insertion. when a surgeon takes this approach, the incision is placed at the inframammary fold or lower,

depending on the distance between the nipple and fold, taking in consideration a shifting of the incision site once the implant is inserted. an incision is performed and dissection is continued until the muscle of the breast is identified. this muscle is detached and the implant is placed through this incision. the inframammary fold incision gives the surgeon direct access to pockets either above or below the muscle. the amount of bleeding dissection is much less than in the periareolar approach, decreasing your recovery time and the risk of potential complications related to more extensive dissection. in addition, the risk of sensory loss around the nipple-areolar complex is much less,

although this is controversial when you compare to the periareolar approach. when it comes to choosing an inframammary incision, many times it is just the preference of the surgeon. some surgeons prefer an inframammary fold versus a periareolar approach. certainly, the fact that the inframammary approach can provide a faster recovery is beneficial when deciding which incision you are planning to use. nevertheless, you are going to have a scar on the lower part of the breast, which for the most part heals well, but in certain situations you can develop a wide scar or keloids that might be visible. in this video, we discussed inframammary breast augmentation.

so here's after one month of usingnaturaful. well actually, a little bit more than a month as life gets crazy and ifinished off my jar before being able to get a new one. so there's a bit of a gapand when i've been using it. here's the empty jar. as you can see,there's been a lot of progress made. recently i- so i started out as a 28 dcup with like, no cleavage and i recently bought a new bra that is a 28 double d and not long after having it, it was clear that i needed to go up a size. based on my most recent measurements, i should be wearing a 28 f bra which is crazy! and keep in mind the f sounds huge but it ison the twenty-eight band size so it's all relative but still, it's a hugeimprovement from where i was. so i'm really happy with the results so far andi'm really excited to keep using this product.
