hi, this is dr. hourglass, and welcome toanother video in our channel bootyman. today we are going to discuss the areas that are liposuctioned for a brazilian buttock augmentation. in this channel, we will discuss everythingyou need to know about buttock enhancement procedures. welcome back. different surgeons have different philosophiesabout how many areas you need to perform liposuction on to get the brazilian buttock augmentation. i have noticed that some surgeons will chargeper area of liposuction

to harvest the fat to augment the buttocks. in my opinion, this makes absolutely no sense. the buttock augmentation is a buttock augmentation. it is the surgeon's responsibility to get as much fat as possible to give you the best result. if the areas for liposuction are limited, then you might not get enough fat to augment the buttocks, which is going to defeat the purpose of having a buttock augmentation. in my practice, i include the following areas: the abdomen, flanks, sides, thighs, and upper and lower back.

these are the areas where we are going toget the most fat to augment the buttocks. any minor area where you want liposuctionwill be an extra charge because those areas, like the arms and chin, will not provide enoughfat to augment the buttocks; this is mainly something that you desire and is not partof the procedure. when i perform the brazilian buttock augmentation,the fat is harvested from those multiple areas that i described above and then injected intothe buttocks and hips for an hourglass shape. if the surgeon does not harvest enough fatto provide at least 700 cc of pure fat, then you are not going to have a good result. so, limiting the areas of fat harvesting bycharging per area rather than an inclusive price

so here's after one month of usingnaturaful. well actually, a little bit more than a month as life gets crazy and ifinished off my jar before being able to get a new one. so there's a bit of a gapand when i've been using it. here's the empty jar. as you can see,there's been a lot of progress made. recently i- so i started out as a 28 dcup with like, no cleavage and i recently bought a new bra that is a 28 double d and not long after having it, it was clear that i needed to go up a size. based on my most recent measurements, i should be wearing a 28 f bra which is crazy! and keep in mind the f sounds huge but it ison the twenty-eight band size so it's all relative but still, it's a hugeimprovement from where i was. so i'm really happy with the results so far andi'm really excited to keep using this product.
