in this video, i will explain the symptoms of capsule contractures. it is well established that the capsule forms around the breast implant in the first four to six weeks of breast implantation. this is a normal process that occurs in every single patient. however, this capsule can progressinto what we call a capsule contracture. in my experience, we see capsular contracture develop within the first two years after breast augmentation surgery.

if the patient has not developed a capsular contracture within two to three years. she might not develop thiscomplication for many years unless a silicone breast implant was used. there are essentially three physical characteristics that i look for to determine if there is a capsular contracture. number one, and the most important one, is breast firmness. after a silicone implant is placed, your breast is supposed to feel soft and natural. if your breast starts feeling firm, you might be having the early symptoms of capsule contracture. with a saline implant, it is a little morecomplicated, because this implant by itself feels a little firm.

your plastic surgeon will be able to determine if you in fact have or you are developing a capsule contracture. the second physical finding is if your breast starts to develop an abnormal shape. first, the breast will start to look very round. this will be followed by the implant shifting upward and looking higher than normal. this is a more advanced level of capsule contracture. the final symptom of a capsule contracture is if your breasts are tender to touch and sometimes they can actually feel cold.

this also indicates a contracture that is advanced and requires surgery. understanding what symptoms you need to look or is extremely important for the management of capsular contracture in the event that this occurs. in this video we have discussed the symptoms of capsule contracture. next week we will discuss the causes of capsule contracture.

so here's after one month of usingnaturaful. well actually, a little bit more than a month as life gets crazy and ifinished off my jar before being able to get a new one. so there's a bit of a gapand when i've been using it. here's the empty jar. as you can see,there's been a lot of progress made. recently i- so i started out as a 28 dcup with like, no cleavage and i recently bought a new bra that is a 28 double d and not long after having it, it was clear that i needed to go up a size. based on my most recent measurements, i should be wearing a 28 f bra which is crazy! and keep in mind the f sounds huge but it ison the twenty-eight band size so it's all relative but still, it's a hugeimprovement from where i was. so i'm really happy with the results so far andi'm really excited to keep using this product.
