hi, this is dr. hourglass, and welcome toanother video in our channel wonder breasts. today we are going to discuss what are gummybear implants? in this channel we discuss everything relatedto breast surgery. welcome back! manufacturers continue to improve the consistency and quality of breast implant. recently, a new generation of implants called the gummy bear implant debuted into the market, offering more cohesiveness and essentially making it one of the best available implants today. a gummy bear implant has more cohesive silicone and crosslink to it, making an otherwise normally viscous gel look and feel firmer than usual.

it still uses the same silicone material as its predecessors; the only difference is in the change in consistency. the allergan 410 is an example of a gummy bear implant. there are certain differences among generations of implants. for example, the implant shell or the actual bag plays a very important role in the function of an implant. the shell has a special layer that reduces the amount of the silicone bleed or silicone diffusion through the bag. this is important because it is known that microscopic leakage of silicone can cause inflammation, scar formation, and subsequently what we call a capsule contracture. also, the allergan 410 has a rough surface which allows it to retain a proper position after the implantation.

it is very thick, durable, and highly resistant. regardless of the brand, gummy bear implants tend to have a more anatomical shape, and this is why during surgery, they are placed differently compared to previous generations of implants. although gummy bear implants are less prone to rupture and leakage, it is still a possibility. however, the fact that the gel is more cohesive, migration of the silicone after a rupture is much less likely than older types of implants. if we remove the shell of the implant and just keep the actual gel that is inside, the implant itself can hold its form. this means that it can decrease complications like rippling, compared to other implants.

because the implant can still hold its shape, it tends to be very soft and at the same time does not get distorted by anatomical position. with an allergan 410, you are going to have a more natural shape than a round implant due to the nature of the design. the implant has a downward slope with more fullness while blending with the inferior portion of the implant itself. it has a taper upper pole, making the shape of the implant less abrupt. gummy bear implants also have a lot of promises in terms of quality and ability to decrease complications compared to previous generations of implants.

so here's after one month of usingnaturaful. well actually, a little bit more than a month as life gets crazy and ifinished off my jar before being able to get a new one. so there's a bit of a gapand when i've been using it. here's the empty jar. as you can see,there's been a lot of progress made. recently i- so i started out as a 28 dcup with like, no cleavage and i recently bought a new bra that is a 28 double d and not long after having it, it was clear that i needed to go up a size. based on my most recent measurements, i should be wearing a 28 f bra which is crazy! and keep in mind the f sounds huge but it ison the twenty-eight band size so it's all relative but still, it's a hugeimprovement from where i was. so i'm really happy with the results so far andi'm really excited to keep using this product.
